Tom and Kim Dowling ~ PGO/Anchor for the Heart ~
Meet Kim Dowling, the Founder and Executive Director of PGO~Anchor for The Heart. With over 28 years of experience as a Missionary and her credentials as a Certified Spiritual Director and Facilitator in Formational Care, she offers Spiritual Direction and a variety of enriching 2-day retreats and uplifting half-day events. Each experience is designed to help participants connect with those "Be still and Know God" moments that our hearts yearn for. Alongside her, her husband supports the ministry as the CFO, ensuring a solid foundation for their impactful work. Together, they are dedicated to fostering growth and healing in the community.
Chris and Debbie Gibson

Meet Chris and Debbie Gibson. Debbie joins alongside Anchor for the Heart as a Certified Spiritual Director and Formational Prayer Facilitator, while Dr. Chris Gibson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, ordained pastor, and Formational Healing Care practitioner with over 20 years of ministry experience. Having served overseas as missionaries since 2004, Chris and Debbie are passionate about providing missionaries with a place of refuge, offering debriefing, spiritual guidance, healing support, and encouragement as they navigate the complexities of ministry, faith, and personal growth.
Rick and June Barbas ~ PGO/Anchor for the Heart ~
Meet June Barbas and her husband, Rick. June is a dedicated VP in Human Resources at Saint Jude and serves as the Chairman of the Board for PGO~Anchor For the Heart, where she passionately supports her community. She is a Formational Prayer Facilitator guiding others on their spiritual journeys. Rick is an essential partner in this ministry, leading the Men's Fireside Chats events. In addition he is passionate about sharing his faith and teaches participants how to share their faith with others.

Meet Callie and Dean Jones, the passionate owners of Magnolia Soaps. With a commitment to quality and community, they have built a thriving business that reflects their values. Callie serves as the secretary of the Board for Anchor for the Heart, demonstrating her dedication to making a positive impact beyond their business. Together, they embody the spirit of teamwork and service in all their endeavors.
Sheridee Roberts ~ Anchor for the Heart ~
Meet Sheridee Roberts, a devoted prayer warrior and certified Formational Prayer Facilitator. Participants often describe her as a source of exceptional peace, which she brings into each prayer session. Her passion for prayer and deep commitment to helping others shine through, creating a nurturing environment for all who seek her guidance. Sheridee's presence is truly uplifting, making every prayer experience meaningful and transformative.
Renee Straub ~ Anchor for the Heart ~
Meet Renee Straub, a true powerhouse for our ministry. As a certified Formational Prayer facilitator, she not only leads impactful sessions but also plays a crucial role in generating grants and providing strategic planning.
